ZOE’S SAFETY COMMITMENT

In view of the outbreak of COVID-19 and in compliance with the Government Prevention and Control of Disease Regulation, adjustments have been made to hotel services and facilities to reduce the chance of virus contamination at the hotel, protect the health and well being of guests and staff. Due to the high uncertainty of the situation, it is highly recommended to check for updates periodically.

At Cavo Zoe seaside hotel the safety & well-being of our guests and our employees is the heart of our purpose. To ensure we fulfill this mission we have developed a plan, which includes enhanced health and safety guidelines for all guests and employees without making any compromises on the quality of our guests’ experience.

 

Before Guest Arrival

  2. Enhanced Health and Safety program for all our employees
  3. Personal protective equipment is worn by all front of the house employees throughout the hotel

 

On the way to the hotel

Filling up the formalities prior to the arrival is recommended

  1. Advance online check in is available for guests to minimise physical interaction at the hotel.
  2. Additional information may be requested regarding guest itinerary and routine.
  3. Guests are encouraged to advise any personal preferences regarding the service at the time of reservation.

Upon arrival

We remain committed to the health and safety of our guests.

  1. Online completion of formalities is recommended prior to arrival.
  2. Protective screens are visible on reception desks and a 2-metre distancing policy is in place.
  3. Face masks are worn by the Front Desk employees.
  4. Frequent disinfection of the reception area.
  5. Elevator is available for use with a restricted and maximum occupancy. Please follow the hotel guidelines.
  6. Medical Assistance: If you feel unwell or experiencing respiratory symptoms, please contact the Front Desk immediately.
  7. Room keys are disinfected and sealed before given to guests.
  8. Disinfection station for guests and employees in all public areas.
  9. Welcome safe care packages with personal mask and gloves are available in the lobby.

Welcome to your room,

  Your room is now your private space.

  1. A deep clean and disinfection is taking place prior to a guest’s check-in.
  2. Personal protective equipment is worn by all team members.
  3. 10 High Touch Deep Clean areas in the guest room created ensuring that all hard surfaces and frequently used items are disinfected.
  1. Disinfection sticker applies to each room upon completion of cleaning progress –

“Clean and sealed for your protection”.

  1. Room cleaning will take place only when guests are not in the room and by using approved chemicals and disinfectants that are effective against Covid -19.
  2. All non-essential items such as magazines, stationary, tea and coffee facilities and decorative pillows and covers are removed from all rooms. ( tea and coffee facilities remain available upon request and are provided sealed and disinfected)
  3. Any maintenance required in guest rooms will be done so by appointment and ONLY when the guests are not present in the room.
  4. All rooms will be supplied with disinfectants for guests to use throughout their stay.
  5. Self-isolation rooms are available to accommodate any guests with suspected cases of COVID-19 until further guideline.

Gastronomy

Open air sitting space created in our restaurant encouraging social distance.

  1. All restaurants are re-designed according to government health protocols
  2. It has been necessary to adjust our meal’s service in accordance with the current food safety recommendations.
  3. Our breakfast buffet at “Dolce” Restaurant will remain even though at different shape and format to assist with social distancing. One way in / one way out – system applies at breakfast buffet.

In some other cases, we will be serving you directly at your table offering you different options from our chef or A La Carte service will be implemented instead.

  1. Team members are always wearing personal protective equipment.
  2. Lunch and dinner are served A La Carte in Salty Pool Bar open air’ restaurant.
  3. Hand disinfection to be completed on entry to every restaurant or bar.
  4. Single use menu available.
  5. Contact less payment options available.
  6. Extra sanitation practises in all food production.
  7. Breakfast’ take away option available in to go containers.
  8. Room Service is provided only for breakfast in to go containers and covered securely.

Pools and Surrounding areas

We have reinforced our disinfection services in all public areas .

  1. Sun beds are arranged with a 2 metres distance.
  2. Guests should observe social distancing measures and follow the direction of our team members when using the hotel pools.
  3. Disinfection of all sunbeds after use.
  4. Pool water is treated with appropriate chemicals and frequency of cleaning is increased.
  5. Jacuzzi and sauna are not be available for use.
  6. Kid’s indoor and outdoor area will not be operational.
  7. Fitness centre is available only for the guests of the hotel and by an appointment.
  8. Massage treatments offered by our therapist are taking place at a designed open-air area and only by appointments.
  9. Luggage room is not available for use
  10. Volleyball court is open. Guests can obtain volleyball ball disinfected and sealed.
  11. Sanitation station for guests and employees are available
  12. Rigorous cleaning schedule applied in all public areas with frequent disinfection of all high contact surfaces.

Taking the extra step for your safety

  1. Our hotel has established a Crisis & Emergency Team, which consist of higher management members. These members received an extensive training program in handling suspected or confirmed cases of COVID – 19.
  2. We are flexible on your travel plans and with your reservations.

Departure

Advance check out is available for guests

 

  1. It is kindly recommended to settle your bill the night before your departure to avoid queues at reception on the departure day and generally reduce the time spent at the reception desk.
  2. Contact less payment options are encouraged.
  3. Invoices and relevant information can be sent by email.
  4. Sanitation available to all guests and employee.
