We invite you to slow down, reconnect, and move with intention through our new daily yoga program, designed as a journey of discovery, balance, and expansion.

Designed for both beginners and experienced guests, each session gently builds on the one before it, helping the body and mind open little by little. As the week unfolds, the practice leads to deep relaxation, balance, and a sense of calm, all with the soothing presence of the Mediterranean as your backdrop.

Meet Caroline

Caroline is a Vinyasa & Yin yoga teacher, SUP yoga instructor, and retreat facilitator who shares her love for movement, the great outdoors, and mindful living from her home in Cyprus and beyond. With various experiences in yoga, the medical field, Ayurveda, travel, and education, her teaching is grounded, calm, and always led from the heart. Whether guiding a class by or on the sea, hosting a retreat, or sharing practices online through her YouTube channel, Living Eden Yoga, Caroline creates spaces where students can slow down, reconnect with themselves and nature, and feel at home in their bodies.
