We invite you to slow down, reconnect, and move with intention through our new daily yoga program, designed as a journey of discovery, balance, and expansion.

Designed for both beginners and experienced guests, each session gently builds on the one before it, helping the body and mind open little by little. As the week unfolds, the practice leads to deep relaxation, balance, and a sense of calm, all with the soothing presence of the Mediterranean as your backdrop.

Meet Linn

 

A Swedish Hatha and Yin yoga teacher whose journey has taken her from Scandinavia to London, Spain, and finally Cyprus, where she has been living for more than 20 years. Linn brings an authentic and holistic approach to her teaching, combining yoga asanas, meditation, and pranayama breathing practices to create classes that nurture both body and mind.

Linn’s teaching style is warm, grounded, and welcoming to students of all levels. Her classes focus on balance, presence, and deep relaxation, offering guests the opportunity to reconnect with themselves in a peaceful and supportive environment.
