Georgios Motsios has been a hospitality executive for years. He worked in demanding environments, managing hotel operations at all levels, from pre-opening procedures and coordination of the construction and renovation processes to human resources, budgeting, sales, branding, health and safety, guest experience, and more. He has a background in tourism business administration and has been instrumental in the redevelopment, branding, marketing, and reopening of Cavo Zoe Seaside Hotel. He is your go-to partner for the guest experience, operations, and sustainability.
Boryana Voykova is an accomplished professional with a degree in Hospitality and Tourism. She has a genuine passion for travel and living in the moment because life is for living, and we deserve to take time for ourselves, relax, and enjoy simple things. Boryana manages the front desk and housekeeping department and is your go-to partner for guest relations. She is a master of creative problem-solving and dedicates herself passionately to building cultural awareness for our destination. She deeply understands people, loves socializing, and leads with understanding and sensitivity.
Malamo Patsalou. Our hotel Administration Manager. Behind the scenes Malamo is in charge of the hotel accounting, storekeeping and food and beverage administration. Malmo hold over 20 years’ experience in the industry and plays a pivotal role in the Cavo Zoe’s administration activities.
Prodromos Christodoulou. A Chef with great experience in multiple hotel environments, member of the Association of Chefs of Cyprus, as Executive Chef and by the World Association of Chefs as judge. First prize winner in a World Team Competition with title "New trends in International Gastronomy". Connoisseur confectionery and bakery. He is methodical and creative. Our Chef always ensures the smooth operation of the kitchen and leading the team to achieve top quality results.
Efthimia G. Komodiki our Housekeeper. Efthimia is an active professional of Tourism Industry for more than 25 years. Certified Housekeeping Manager by «American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute (Hons)», the largest hotel association in the U.S., is guaranteed the application of international hygiene, health and safety legislations and standards. Her years of experience ensures the quality and safety of provided services, aiming to meet the strictest guest requirements and needs. The continuous training in the field updates managing practices to ensure the safest guest accommodation, minimize environmental footprint and provide a superior hospitality experience.
Andreas Hadjithomas is our Chief Engineer at Cavo Zoe hotel. Andreas has over 35 years’ experience working as an engineer. His number one priority to offer the most efficient maintence service in the hotel to our guests. Mr Andreas and is team are onsite to ensure the smooth running of the hotel’s facilities around the clock.
